Life transitions can affect each of us very differently.

turning point in an individual’s life that can have

a profound effect on their well-being

Some transitions are planned — such as marriage, moving home, or starting a new career. Others arrive unexpectedly — the loss of someone we love, redundancy, illness, or the breakdown of a relationship.

Whatever form it takes, a transition often carries a deeper message.

Many of the people I work with describe a quiet inner knowing — a sense that something in life is no longer aligned, that change is needed, and that there must be more to life than what they are currently experiencing.

This call for change is often the soul’s way of inviting growth, renewal, and a new direction.

A Different Way to Approach Life’s Transitions

Rather than seeing transition as something to simply endure, we can begin to view it as a Rite of Passage.

A transition often involves moving through several inner landscapes:

  • Endings and separation
  • The uncertain “in-between” or liminal space
  • Clarifying a new vision for your life
  • A personal quest for a new direction
  • Returning to life with new insight and meaning

These stages are not always linear, and they can feel confusing when faced alone.

As a Mentor and Guide, I walk alongside you through this process — helping you uncover the deeper stories, patterns, beliefs, and wounds that may have been holding you back.

Together we begin to explore:

  • Where you have been
  • Where you are now
  • And where life may be inviting you to go next

Even if the destination is not yet fully clear.

The Foundation Session

The Foundation Session is the starting point of this journey.

In this 90-minute session we begin to lay the foundations for future work together.

During our time together we will:

  • Explore your current life situation through new perspectives
  • Identify one key issue, challenge, or area of focus
  • Uncover some of the patterns, obstacles, or blocks that may be holding you back
  • Begin clarifying what change may be calling for in your life

By the end of the session, you will have a clearer understanding of where you are now and the first steps toward moving forward.

If you feel that working together would be beneficial, we can then discuss and design a programme of ongoing mentoring tailored to your situation.
