From Midlife Crisis to Midlife Calling
Welcome & Thank You
Thank you for choosing to host From Midlife Crisis to Midlife Calling.
I truly value your trust in sharing this work with your audience. This workshop is designed to support people standing at a crossroads in life — not as something broken to be fixed, but as a threshold to be crossed.
Your community already trusts you. When you introduce them to this experience, you are offering them more than a workshop — you are offering a language for change, a map for transition, and a way to reclaim purpose and direction in the second half of life.
Everything you need to promote the event is provided below. If you need anything else — a custom video, tailored messaging, or audience-specific framing — just ask.
Thank you for helping bring meaningful work into the world.
Workshop Description
From Midlife Crisis to Midlife Calling is a live transformational workshop exploring why midlife disruption happens — and how to respond to it wisely.
Rather than treating midlife as a problem to solve, this workshop reframes it as a developmental threshold. Participants learn the psychological and mythic patterns behind restlessness, loss of motivation, career dissatisfaction, and the sense that their old identity no longer fits.
Through guided reflection and powerful frameworks, attendees leave with clarity about what is ending, what is emerging, and how to move forward with purpose.
Ideal for adults roughly 35–65 navigating change, transition, or searching for deeper meaning in the second half of life.

Subject: I’m hosting something different…
Hi everyone,
I want to share something a little different from our usual events.
Many people in midlife feel restless, stuck, or uncertain — even when life looks successful on the outside. I’ve seen this in our community again and again, and honestly, I’ve felt it myself at times.
That’s why I’m hosting a live workshop called Midlife Crisis to Midlife Calling.
This isn’t therapy, motivation, or life coaching. It’s a powerful guided experience that helps people understand what this stage of life is really asking of them — and how to respond to it with clarity and purpose.
If you’ve been questioning direction, meaning, or what comes next — this is for you.

Email 2 — Story & Connection
Subject: Why midlife feels so confusing (and what it actually means)
Hi everyone,
So many conversations I’ve had recently come back to the same feeling:
“I should be happy… but something feels off.”
Midlife can look like restlessness, burnout, loss of motivation, or a quiet sense that the life you built no longer fits who you are becoming.
Next week I’m hosting Midlife Crisis to Midlife Calling, a workshop that reframes this entirely.
Instead of seeing this period as a problem, it helps you understand it as a transition — one with direction, meaning, and purpose.
If you’re navigating change, questioning your path, or sensing there’s more ahead — I think you’ll find this incredibly valuable.

Post 1 – The Crossroads
Midlife isn’t a breakdown — it’s a crossroads.
At some point the strategies that once worked stop working.
Motivation drops. Certainty fades. The future feels unclear — even if life looks fine on the outside.
This isn’t failure.
It’s a transition.
I’m hosting a live workshop called Midlife Crisis to Midlife Calling where we explore what this stage of life is really asking of us — psychologically, emotionally and personally.
If you’ve been quietly questioning your direction lately, you’re not alone… and you’re not stuck.
You’re standing at a threshold.

Post 2 – The Hidden Stuckness
So many capable people look successful… 👔
but privately feel stuck.
They’ve done what they were supposed to do.
Built the life. Met expectations. Played the roles.
And yet something inside says:
“This can’t be all there is.”
This workshop explains why this happens in midlife — and more importantly, what comes next. 🔍
Midlife Crisis to Midlife Calling isn’t about motivation hacks.
It’s about understanding the deeper shift happening beneath the surface.
If you’ve felt the quiet dissatisfaction you can’t explain, this conversation is for you.

Post 3 – You Don’t Need Fixing
You don’t need fixing. 🧩
You’re being invited into a new phase of life.
The problem isn’t that you’re failing —
it’s that the old identity no longer fits who you’re becoming.
Midlife often feels confusing because we try to solve it using the tools that belonged to our younger self: achievement, productivity, control.
But this stage asks for something different. 🌱
In Midlife Crisis to Midlife Calling we explore the psychological shift from proving yourself… to discovering yourself.
I’m genuinely excited to host this one — it’s a powerful conversation.

Post 4 – Not Lost, Transitioning
Restless?
Unmotivated?
Questioning everything? 🤔
You might not be lost.
You might be transitioning. 🌊
Midlife is less like a problem to solve and more like a doorway to walk through — but most of us were never taught how to recognise it.
So we think something has gone wrong.
In this live workshop we’ll make sense of:
• Why motivation changes
• Why old goals lose meaning
• What the next stage of adulthood actually asks of you

Post 5 – Becoming Next
This isn’t about reinventing yourself.
It’s about discovering who you were meant to become next. ✨
Midlife isn’t a return to youth —
and it’s not decline either.
It’s a developmental shift into a more meaningful, honest and integrated phase of adulthood.
But without guidance, it just feels like dissatisfaction.
That’s why I created this workshop.

Rather than offering answers to follow, the guide gives you better questions to live with — along with simple reflections to help you notice patterns in your life, clarify what matters now, and begin orienting towards the next chapter at your own pace.
